A special thank you to Madam Judy for making our booking process so smooth, even after we had to cancel our first reservation. She was incredibly understanding, especially with the challenges of travelling with little ones — truly amazing! 🤩 Coordinator Janet warmly welcomed us at the wee hours of the morning with a lovely cup of tea, setting the tone for a beautiful stay. Manager Kamau went above and beyond to help us navigate Diani and recommended wonderful places to visit. Housekeeper Sharon kept our villa spotless at all times, always with a warm smile. Chef Salim and Chef Juma ensured we were well-fed with delicious meals that kept our tummies full and happy 😋. To the entire team — thank you for your warmth, kindness, and exceptional service. They are ready to answer our questions and help with all the queries we had. Newman recieved us when we arrived and showed all the rooms so we can choose. He was available every time we requested his services and even gave the tips for places to visit. Janati, our housekeeper, was a nos petits soins, like we say in French and Juma, the chef makes the best tea we have ever tested: the durante tea, made of fresh tomato tree and ftuits. The hotel is children friendly, our girls just loved it. The 2 pools are very clean and big. The whole compound is very green with lots of flowers. Very plaisant gardens as well. We really had a fantastic stay here and would recommand to other families and non family travellers as well. A cool and serene environment with warm and hospitable staff. We were here in the heat of the summer but being here is like an oasis in the desert. A very refreshing ambience A special thanks to the house keeping team Janet and Mercy who ensured our rooms were very clean. A special pat on the back to our Chefs Salim,Wanyama and Juma who made every meal a delightful experience.
